Blu Wedding Films (BWF) is hiring a dedicated remote video editor to join our growing creative team. You’ll be editing emotional wedding films and dynamic shortform content each week. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work, weekly communication, and room to grow.

💵 Pay & Commitment

  • $80-100 USD per week

  • Paid weekly via PayPal or Wise

  • Ongoing role with potential for raises as trust and workload grow

🗓️ Weekly Responsibilities

Each week, you’ll receive footage and clear instructions for:

  • Highlight Films (3–8 minutes) – emotional, story-driven edits

  • Ceremony & Reception Cuts – clean, multi-cam synced documentary-style edits

  • Social Media Reels – 30–60 second vertical edits for Instagram/TikTok

You’ll typically be assigned 1 full wedding per week, along with 1–2 short form edits based on our production needs. Turnaround deadlines are provided by BWF and must be met consistently.

📅 Meetings & Communication

  • Team calls every Monday and Thursday (time will be confirmed upon hire)

  • Ongoing communication through email and team chat (Slack or WhatsApp)

  • Responsive to feedback and revisions within reasonable turnaround times

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro only (no Final Cut)

  • Excellent storytelling, pacing, and music-sync ability

  • Familiar with organizing footage and syncing multi-cam audio

  • Comfortable using Dropbox, Google Drive, and cloud delivery

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term collaboration
