We want your film to feel like something you can return to, not just to remember what happened, but to feel why it mattered.
That begins before the wedding day. Through your planning form, timeline, and conversations with us, we learn what matters most to you, who your most important people are, and what moments deserve extra care. Then we carry that into the way we film, listen, and edit your story.
Our 2027 wedding videography coverage starts at $2,500.

THE KEEPSAKE
The Keepsake Collection gives your wedding day more breathing room. With additional coverage, there is more time to capture the natural rhythm of the day, the people closest to you, and the in-between moments that help your film feel more personal.
With up to 8 hours of filming, two filmmakers, up to three camera angles, drone coverage when weather and location permit, a 6 to 8-minute cinematic highlight film, a wedding teaser film, and a full ceremony film, this collection offers a fuller way to preserve the feeling of your wedding day.

the Essentials
The Essentials Collection is created for couples who want the most meaningful parts of their wedding day captured with care, without needing full-day coverage. This collection is best for a more streamlined wedding day, preserving the heart of the day in a simple, intentional way while keeping the experience light and easy.
With up to 6 hours of filming, one filmmaker, up to two camera angles, a 5-minute cinematic highlight film, and a wedding teaser film, this collection offers a thoughtful starting point for preserving your wedding day.
the Signature
The Signature Collection is designed to feel like the full Blu Wedding Films experience. This collection gives us more time to document the day with intention, creating a film that feels more complete, emotional, and story-driven.
Includes up to 10 hours of wedding day filming with 2 filmmakers, up to 3 camera angles, drone coverage weather permitting, a wedding teaser film, an 8-minute Feature Film, an approximately 1 to 2-hour Documentary Film, and 4K online delivery through a private video gallery.

The Heirloom Collection is our most complete wedding film experience, created for couples who want their celebration preserved with depth, care, and a timeless sense of nostalgia. This collection includes rehearsal dinner coverage, making it especially meaningful for couples who want the beginning of their wedding weekend to be part of their final film.
Includes up to 12 hours of wedding day filming, rehearsal dinner or welcome event coverage, 2 filmmakers, up to 3 camera angles, drone coverage weather permitting, a wedding teaser film, an 8-minute Feature Film, an approximately 1 to 2-hour Documentary Film, and 4K online delivery through a private video gallery.

Every wedding day is different. For couples who want more coverage, fuller final films, or additional moments preserved beyond their selected collection, these options may be added based on availability.Additional Coverage

Helpful for longer timelines, later exits, travel between locations, extended receptions, or extra breathing room in the day.
Rehearsal Dinner or Welcome Party Coverage
$800 for up to 2 hours
Coverage for the evening before the wedding, including family gatherings, welcome speeches, rehearsal dinner moments, or intimate celebrations with your closest people.
Love Story Film
$500
A pre-wedding or post-wedding film session created to capture more of your relationship outside the wedding day. This can be filmed at one meaningful location and may include quiet moments together, natural movement, and personal details that help tell more of your story as a couple.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR WEDDING DAY RUNS LONGER THAN THE COVERAGE IN OUR COLLECTION?
If your wedding day needs more time than the coverage included in your collection, additional coverage may be added at $300 per hour based on availability. We will talk through your timeline before the wedding so we can help you choose the collection that fits your day best.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes, we travel for weddings. Blu Wedding Films is based in Florida, and travel fees may apply depending on the wedding location, distance, lodging needs, and overall timeline. If travel is needed, we will include that clearly in your proposal before booking.
HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR WEDDING DATE?
To officially reserve your date, we require a signed agreement and a retainer based on the collection selected. Once both are completed, your date is secured and we can begin preparing for your wedding day.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR WEDDING FILMS?
Your teaser film is delivered within 10 days after the wedding, giving you a beautiful first look while your full collection is being completed. Our standard full delivery timeline is typically 8 to 12 weeks after the wedding day, depending on the collection, season, and final films included.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes. After the retainer is paid, the remaining balance is split into two scheduled payments, with the final payment due before the wedding day. This allows couples to reserve their date while keeping payments more manageable leading up to the wedding.
CAN WE CUSTOMIZE A COLLECTION?
Our collections are designed to give couples a clear starting point based on coverage, filmmakers, and the films included. If your wedding needs something extra, select add-ons may be available, including additional coverage, rehearsal dinner or welcome event coverage, and a Love Story Film.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FEATURE FILM AND A DOCUMENTARY FILM?
A Feature Film is the cinematic, emotional story of your wedding day. It brings together the most meaningful moments, details, voices, and celebration into a shorter, polished film that is easy to watch and share.
A Documentary Film is a longer edit that preserves more of the wedding day in a natural, fuller way. It is designed for couples who want to relive more of the ceremony, reception, speeches, dances, people, and real moments as they happened. The Documentary Film is included in the Keepsake, Signature, and Heirloom Collections.
DO YOU INCLUDE A TEASER FILM?
Yes. Every collection includes a wedding teaser film. This gives you a short, beautiful preview of your day before the full wedding film collection is delivered.
DO YOU FILM THE FULL CEREMONY AND SPEECHES?
Your ceremony, speeches, vows, and meaningful audio moments are captured as part of the wedding day coverage and may be included throughout your Feature Film and Documentary Film depending on the collection selected. We do not currently list full ceremony films or full speeches films as separate public deliverables.
WHICH COLLECTION IS BEST FOR US?
The best collection depends on your timeline, wedding size, locations, and how much of the day you want preserved. The Essentials Collection is best for simple coverage and a cinematic Feature Film. The Keepsake Collection gives more breathing room and includes an approximately 45-minute Documentary Film. The Signature Collection is best for couples who want a fuller wedding day experience with a longer Documentary Film. The Heirloom Collection is best for couples who want the most complete experience, including rehearsal dinner or welcome event coverage.

A limited number of weddings each year
We intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year so every couple receives the care, attention, and creative direction their story deserves.
Your wedding is not passed through a large production pipeline. It is thoughtfully guided in-house by Brandon and Nicole, from the way your day is captured to the way your final film is delivered.
This allows us to stay close to the creative process, understand what matters most to you, and create a film that feels personal, emotional, and true to the day.
